Formbend specialise in bending, forming, brazing and welding (Mig and Tig) components, from small bore bundy tube up to 50 mm diameter tube, and even 75 mm diameter in selective applications. We deal with a very wide range of manipulations which helps our customers to single source their products, cutting administration time and costs. This is further helped by our in-house tooling which guarantees speed and quality. Our prototype design and development facility, including EDI, means that we get the product right first time before going to production, saving on disruption and costs. We also handle a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and steel, which helps with performance and cost saving.

Investment in equipment is continuous with the express aim of staying at the forefront of industry standards. Machinery includes CNC tube bending machines, and CMM and laser tube measuring machines – all saving on set up charges and adding to quality. Formbend naturally has the ISO quality certification, and shortly expects to achieve the latest industry standard. Our reputation for product quality guarantees minimum problems during assembly, and is backed up by our on time deliveries. We have a reputation for flexibility. Changes to production schedules – which are sometimes necessary – can be accommodated, and a range of batch sizes can be handled, helping our customers with flexibility in their operations. Kan-Ban direct to line and Cellular management for volume supply are parts of our service that make us very competitive and cut down our customers’ administration and stock costs.
